Cleaned & beadblasted

Machined bore to 63mm & fabricated a custom fit, polished throttle plate

Modified shaft to accept the larger throttle plate then cut away the front half of the shaft to allow the most possible airflow.

Plate is secured with 2 low profile stainless steel screws Loc-Tited in place

 Installed new shaft seals

Installed new BISS screw O-Ring

Installed new FIAV gasket

Installed New FIAV Screws

Includes 2 Non OEM Gaskets for Installation
