 9 out of 10, Item seems to be in excellent condition paint near connectors has peel off but it doesn't affect operation condition.

Operational Condition:

• When sending us an item for return PLEASE contact us first, also include your USER ID and ITEM's NUMBER Nothing we can do if we don't have this information, User ID and Item number is use to go back to our records, We don't keep records of peoples name and address, there is nothing we can do only with your name and address, so Please Please Please include your eBay User ID, Item's number and email address used to pay for the item.
