All shipping options utilize a mix of reliable carriers to ensure your order is delivered in a secure and timely manner. After the order is placed, the system automatically selects the most efficient shipping method based on destination, size, and weight. These carriers include, but are not limited to; UPS, FedEx, FedEx SmartPost, The US Post Office, Ontrac, BluePackage, Prestige and Lasership. Please be advised that "time in transit" does not include the day the order is picked up. "Business Days" do not include Saturdays, Sundays or major Holidays.
To ensure quick delivery, please give us both your physical address as well as your PO Box (if applicable).
Why do you need my phone number?
Don't worry we request your phone number in case we may need to call you about a problem with your address or item. Also most of our shippers want to know your phone number just in case the driver has a problem finding your address or the item gets lost.
Everything we carry comes with at least a 45 day warranty. Some items we carry are covered by a manufacturer's warranty. Any item covered by an original manufacturer's warranty must be returned to the manufacturer. We do not service warranties for these items. We accept warranty returns on defective items only. Freight damage does NOT constitute a defect and will NOT be grounds for a warranty return. Any defective items that do not carry a manufacturer's warranty may be returned within 45 days of the date of purchase. We will replace, refund or repair these items at our option. All freight on returned items is the responsibility of the buyer. In order to initiate a warranty return, the buyer must contact our company before returning the defective item and obtain a return authorization (RMA) number. We can not accept returns without a return authorization number. If we do issue a refund, we refund the actual purchase price only.
We purchase shipping insurance for the first $100 of shipments. In the event of damage to your purchase by carrier; please e-mail us within 24 hours of receipt. Please include a picture and a thorough description for the damage and a description of any damaged parts including the part number from the manual if applicable. We reserve the right to issue replacement parts for damage done in transit and to request return of damaged parts before issuing replacement parts.
You may return new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Items should be returned in their original product packaging. The buyer must contact our company before returning the item and obtain a return authorization number. We can not accept returns without a return authorization number.
Partial Refunds will be issued for the following items:
- Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, has obvious signs of use, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error: up to 50 percent of item's price.
- Any unopened item in original condition that is returned more than 14 days after delivery: 80% of item's price.
Items that are Not Returnable:
- Items that are classified as hazardous materials or use flammable liquids or gases
- Any product missing the serial number or UPC
