Q. I install the bi-xenon and there's only high beam working, cannot switch to low beam. I check all the wiring connection and there's no problems. and the kits was 100% installed correctly. what should i do?

A. Hi, there’s a common issue for the Bi-xenon Kit (especially 9007) that after correct installation, only 1 beam working (mostly only high) and you cannot switch it to the low beam. The reason for that is because different car manufacture use different position for the high/low/ground pin in the factory headlight plug, the position of the HID lights’ pin in the plug to the factory harness is mismatch, please visit the following video for how to fix it.
