Service Warranty:
Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase. Please note that all products (including all accessories, adapters, seals, paper works, etc.) must be returned unopened/unused, in its original resalable packaging. There will be up to a 20% restocking fee for opened item(s) based on condition. Please contact us for Return Authorization # prior to return for proper processing. We suggest you use a traceable method of shipping as we cannot be held responsible for any lost items.
 
A service warranty is issued with every set of our remanufactured fuel injectors. Faulty fuel injector(s) under warranty will be re-tested, serviced, and/or replaced with the same or similar injector(s). Warranty does not cover damage caused by buyer, improper installation, alterations and mishandling. This warranty is non-transferable. No refunds or exchanges are issued or implied. The first step is to notify us of your specific issue. Please call us with any issues before removing the fuel injector(s).
