1. We use FedEx,UPS or USPS as our freight, and will provide tracking # at customer request.

2. International shipment is shipped via United States Postal Service or other carrier, transit time does fluctuate.

3. All international buyer is responsible for the charge of duty tax (brokerage fee). This is NOT charged by our company, and we are not responsible for this fee. If you have any question regarding why you are being charged this fee, please refer to your government official website. If the item(s) has return back to our warehouse, in order to reship this item, we reserve the rights to ask the buyer to pay the shipping fee again.

4.We are highly recommended buyer to buy insurance, we are not responsible for any Loss or Damage Item.

Return Policy

1. Please read the warning instructions and install the part professionally.

2. Taking apart or alter any part of the unit without manufacture authorization will void the warranty.

3. Only brand new turbocharger (sold as full retail price) has 1 year warranty. Rebuild turbochargers, cartridges and other accessory parts don’t come with warranty. Refund is only available when item is returned in brand new condition and within 30 days of purchase.  All other claims will be exchanged.

4. Buyer is responsible for the shipping charges; it is not refundable in any circumstances. For products qualified for free shipping service, we will deducted the orginal shipping cost from your total refund.

5. All non-defective returns are subject up to 25% of restocking fee.($50 minimum)

6. We are not responsible for any shipping damage.

7. Please contact us before return, package without RMA form will be rejected for warranty claim.

Damaged Shipments

The customer must file a claim with the shipping company if goods arrive in a damaged condition. The customer must also notify JM Turbo Technology Corp. with pertinent information.

Refused Shipments

Sending a shipment back to JM Turbo Technology Corp. does not automatically give rise to a complete refund or credit. JM Turbo Technology Corp. may, at its sole discretion require different payment means for any shipment refused and then reshipped. It is the customer’s responsibility to make all arrangements with JM Turbo Technology Corp. for disposition of refused shipments.

Limitations on Warranty

The Limited Warranty does not apply to any parts:

(a) Not used in accordance with JM Turbo Technology Corp’ written instructions;

(b) For which no fault is found;

(c) That have been modified in any manner not specifically approved by JM Turbo Technology Corp;

(d) For which an inspection indicates that reasonable and proper installation and/or preventative care and maintenance has not occurred;

(e) That have been subject to damage attributable to or caused by misuse, abuse or vandalism; mishandling, improper shipping or other transit related damage; acts of god or insurrection; foreign object entry; any part not supplied by JM Turbo Technology Corp; any repair, maintenance or service by anyone other than JM Turbo Technology Corp; or any other acts that are beyond JM Turbo Technology Corp’ reasonable control;

(f) Attributable to parts not supplied by JM Turbo Technology Corp.

JM Turbo Technology Corp expressly disclaims any and all warranties relative to the foregoing circumstances. JM Turbo Technology Corp shall not be liable to Customer under any circumstances for any special, incidental or consequential damages, including without limitation, damage to or loss of property other than for Turbocharger Products; damages incurred in installation, repair or replacement; lost profits, revenue or opportunity; loss of use; losses resulting from or related to downtime of Turbocharger Products; the cost of replacement transportation, power, or compression; the cost of substitute products; or claims of third parties for such damages, howsoever caused, and whether based on warranty, contract, and/or tort (including negligence, strict liability or otherwise).
