    1. All customers must contact us via email or phone within 30 days of receipt. You can return the product for any reason no questions asked.

    2. Item must be returned to our facility (with the ROF) at the buyers shipping expense. If we receive an item without the RETURN ORDER FORM (ROF) your claim will not by process.

    3. Upon receipt of the item and completions of our inspection, a refund or replacement will be processed.
