Our Policies

We try to keep things as simple as possible and have set up some guide lines to assist us both.

SHIPPING

We offer combined shipping on multiple purchases….to do this you must wait for an invoice from us BEFORE paying. If you pay for the items individually we cannot combine after paid.

International shipments:

We use the United States Postal System for All international shipments. Your choices are:

Orders less than $100.00 are shipped by Priority Mail Insured.

Orders over $100.00 are shipped by Express Mail insured.

NOTE: We do not alter customs forms and we declare all items at actual value. All duty or import taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.

UNDELIVERABLE SHIPMENTS:

If the US post office, UPS or FedEx determine that the package we sent to you is undeliverable for any reason and that package is returned to us……you will be responsible to pay the postage & insurance to have the package re-sent.

PAYMENT

We only accept payments electronically through Pay Pal. We accept all payments from the USA, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia & some countries in Europe IF your Pay Pal account or credit card is based from these countries.

RETURNS

We do accept returns according to our current eBay policy. Some items are not returnable and are marked accordingly.
