This does not mean we have to accept the offer and we base our decisions on many factors like availability or the amount of the product we have on hand. We typically set all offers below 60% of the original price to be automatically declined. This helps us weed out the low ball offers. We also have limits set on many items that will automatically accept your offer. We typically do not accept offers that are outside of the USA since there is a greater risk of loss or theft in transit. Also please do not add additional terms into your offers since they will be declined or not honored. If you want free shipping then try to deduct the shipping price from the cost of the item, do not ask for it in the terms section of the agreement.

We offer a 14-day return policy for any defective item UNLESS the item was stated "AS IS" in the auction. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 14-days for an exchange.
