Inspect item ASAP: Please inspect and hand-fit all items by the time it arrive. Customer MUST contact us within 7 days after the date of package arrived.

Approve: All returns must be approved by us before sending the product back. Please contact us via email to submit your case for investigation.

Damaged Or Loss Products: We inspect all packages prior to shipping. All of our products are sold as brand new. All damaged products are considered damaged during transit (even though outer box is not damaged).

When the buyer received a damage or loss package, please contact us immediately so that we can help you to solve the problem ASAP. Once we receive your email, we may file a damage/loss claim against the carrier (only apply to UPS/Fedex). Replacement item will be shipped out after we receive the approval confirmation from the carrier.

Wrong Product, Defective Item, or Missing Parts: If the product you received is not what you purchased, missing parts or manufacturer's defective, we will gladly replace it. Please report to us via email within 7 days. We will instruct the buyer on the investigation procedure after contacting us via email. If customer do not want replacement for defective items, they are responsible for the return shipping cost to ship it back to us for a item cost refund.

Return Items: Buyer is responsible for return shipping fee and all returned item need to be in original condition (must have all original parts and packaging, never installed).
