Cancellation
If you must cancel your purchase, you may be subject to a $15 restocking fee.

Days of Operation & When Your Item Will Ship
Once we receive payment, your items will ship within 3-5 business days. We are closed Saturday and Sunday. If we receive your payment on a Friday, Saturday, or Sunday, it will be processed the following Monday-Tuesday, then the order will ship as soon as it is ready. If you have an urgent matter please send a message thru my messages in E-Bay and someone will get back to you as soon as they can however you may have to wait until Monday or Tuesday for a response if an e-mail is sent after 2pm on Thursday. 

How to Pay for Combined Orders
We will combine shipping on eligible items for up to 7 days from your first win. This item IS ELIGIBLE to be combined.

To Receive the Shipping Discount
You must pay for all items at once. You will not receive a discount on shipping for items previously paid for so wait until you are through bidding to pay for items you wish to receive a shipping discount on.
We cannot separate any of your items that you have won so please be sure to only bid on items that you wish to have shipped together and paid together.

After 7 Days
After seven days, we ask that you check out all of your current unpaid items won in the past 7 days. Items won/paid for after 7 days may not be combined with other items for shipping.

PAYMENT MUST BE RECEIVED BY THE 10TH DAY AFTER WINNING YOUR FIRST ITEM.
 

After 10 Days
If no payment is received within 10 days of the auction end date, an AUTOMATIC case will be initiated and the checkout link will expire. Please pay for your items BY THE 10TH DAY AFTER WINNING YOUR FIRST ITEM to avoid complications.

   Check-Out Now!  Click the Pay Now button at the top of this listing to immediately proceed with our checkout and payment process. Please note that the Pay Now button is ONLY available after winning an auction or completing a Buy It Now purchase.

Check-Out Later If you do not choose to Check-Out now, you will be notified by eBay via e-mail that you are the winning bidder. There is no need to contact us to arrange payment. You can arrange payment on your own through eBay. However, if you wish to ship items together DO NOT make payment until all items your wish to ship together are included in the 1 invoice. If you're having trouble combining your items on your own - please email me before making any kind of payment action. Once payment has been received - there is no editing to any payment/items included in the invoice.

Shipping and Combining Orders*

This item IS ELIGIBLE to be combined for reduced shipping.

Unfortunately we cannot ship your items to multiple addresses.  The address that is used to checkout with is the address we will ship those items to.  We ship over 1000 orders a month and it is not possible for us to keep track of multiple addresses for multiple customers accurately and therefore we must have a policy to only ship to the address used during checkout
 
Combining Orders
If you are buying several items, we will try to combine shipping to save you money.

Insurance
This is included in our S&H.
 

Please Note: We reserve the right to ship the best possible method at time of shipping.  We ship all US orders UPS Ground. UPS does not ship to PO boxes  so please do not enter a PO box shipping address.  All free shipping items are NOT able to be combined with any other items. We do not ship via USPS Flat Rate package under any circumstances.  Our shipping and handling fees stated in our auctions stand to cover the cost of package, shipping material and insurance and partial refunds will not be available.

We do not offer local pick-up.

 We have a minimum of $3 handling fee for all orders to cover the cost of the packing material and extra carrier charges.  The weights of our items are estimated at the time auctions are made and are rounded to account for shipping material therefore there may be a slight discrepancy in the estimated weight vs the actual weight once the items are shipped.  Please see checkout for expedited shipping options.

  • Our shipping costs have changed because eBay is now calculating them based on the same weights that we upload. Some costs may be higher or lower than before - the label will NOT cost the same for every destination so shipping charges may not be the exact same as you pay - there will be no refund for the difference. When you email me requesting a guesstimate I will not be able to give you an accurate one so please don't be upset. There is nothing I can do about eBay's new changes - I'm doing the best I can to adjust & keep our customers best interest in mind. We appreciate your understanding.

  • Hawaii and Alaska must be shipped via USPS Priority Mail - please see other instructions.

  • The shipping calculator below is NOT for US territories - just the 50 US states excluding AK & HI.
  • The shipping cost that eBay will calculate for you is not always accurate with our actual shipping costs. I have no control over your shipping cost - eBay is using their own calculator estimated with our weights. NO shipping costs can/will be adjusted once the auction has ended. There will be no shipping refunds for the difference.

Please do not bid unless you have a UPS account number to ship with or unless you are prepared to pay a premium overseas by USPS. Airmail!

Shipment Costs for Combined Orders
 
We must obey the USPS guidelines and restrictions when shipping internationally.  Our packages cannot exceed 79 inches in girth plus length.  They also cannot exceed certain weight limits usually around 60-70 lbs depending on the destination.  We ask that you accept these restrictions and understand them before bidding on our items. We cannot offer Flat Rate shipping internationally at this time as there is no traceability on packages shipped this way.

We are now using eBay's shipping calculator for our customers to see real time delivery options and fees.  We have a minimum of $3 handling fee for all orders to cover the cost of the packing material. For orders shipping internationally - you must go to USPS.com & calculate postage for USPS priority intl. & add a $3 handling fee to calculate your total postage fees. For US territories - we ship USPS priority mail - you must also add a $3 handling fee to the USPS.com postage calculation.
