Welcome to:
Fuel Injector Physician
A company developed with the mindset to bring the very best product at the best possible price to you.
If you are one of our competitors then please understand we hope you take our business practices and incorporate them into your own business. Not because we like to have competition but because we are running a legit business through Ebay. We would like to be taken seriously as a company and not “Ebay junk”. Unfortunately if another company sells a bad set of injectors the consumer isn’t going to tell everyone “I bought specifically from “enter name” and I got bad injectors.” They’re going to simply say “I bought Injectors off of Ebay and they were trash”. There’s no way around this unless everyone in the injector re-manufacturing business does a good job and delivers what they promise!
Now on to our process, which over the past several years has been developed to be efficient and deliver a quality product.
1. Initial Physical Inspection:
We ensure the injectors have no signs of physical damage that is either too far damaged for cosmetic purposes or any damage that could possibly make the injector malfunction.2. External Degrease Soak:
Relatively simple, we just soak them in a degrease solution for approximately 1 hour.3.External cleaning:
Another simple one, just brushing off the loosened grime from the injectors while doing a second physical inspection.4: Pre-grind:
We do a light grind with a wire wheel to remove all excess paint which is necessary before you do ultrasonic cleaning.5: De-filtering:
At this point we remove the old filters in preparation for ultrasonic cleaning.6. Ultrasonic cleaning:
Tips and tricks: Pre-fill each injector to keep from having the air pockets that could allow the injectors to pulse with no fluid inside, possibly overheating and damaging the injector. The injectors have to be close to a 45 degree angle for them to properly back flush. Also the reason we remove all the paint from the injectors before this point is so none of the paint comes off and goes into the injector possibly clogging it. Last but not least, and one of the reasons the ASNU Machine is so good, the injectors have to be connected to the ASNU then pulsed open and closed during this process otherwise nothing inside will be cleaned.7. Purge the injectors:
We install the injectors on the ASNU Fuel rail and spray into a container to ensure none of the fluid we use in the ultrasonic cleaner gets put into the calibration fluid.8. Initial flow:
We flow sets of 8 through the ASNU machine checking for spray pattern and any signs of malfunction. Any injector that shows signs of a problem are discarded.9. Grouping:
Then the injectors are placed into different bags with their flow rating clearly marked on the outside.10. Re-flow:
After we gather the correct amount of injectors into one of the bags we take those injectors and re-flow them to ensure consistency.11. Filter Basket installation:
Straight-forward we install the new filter basket.12. Final External Cleaning:
One quick pass over the wire wheel to ensure the best finish possible.13. Clear-coat:
We put the set of injectors upon our paint rack and apply the correct amount of Engine Enamel Clear-coat to ensure a long lasting finish.14. Reassemble:
Using all new applicable parts (O-rings, spacers, pintle caps) we assemble the injectors.15. Packing:
When we pack the injectors we make sure the packaging is tight and the injectors are uniform to keep them from banging into one another and also in the event that the mailing envelop is damaged during transport the injectors will not fall out unless the entire set of injectors fall out. If you receive anything like this please let us know immediately. This Auction is for a set of 8 Fuel Injectors for the vehicles listed in the compatibility chart

The following pictures are a brief description of the processes your injectors have undergone before their delivery to you. This is the same type and model of injectors that you will receive. The injectors will not be the exact ones pictured but they will be tested and flowed to the same quality as seen here. We do not do the final testing on the injectors until right before they get shipped out to ensure they're 100% when they leave the shop.
