About Shipping
From Monday to Friday, we usually ship your item the same day or the next day after your payment is received. On Saturday, and Sunday, all paid items will be shipped Monday morning.
We usually ship via priority mail within the United States. And from our many years of experience on eBay, this is the cheapest yet fastest way of shipping for our products. After the item is shipped, you will receive it within 2-4 days in the U.S. We will have tracking numbers for all items shipped to ensure our products are delivered to you save and sound!!
We do not provide any type of local pick ups. No exceptions. Thank you for your understanding.
Our shipping and handling fees are the same anywhere across the United States. We love to combine shipping for multiple item orders "Buy it Now". But due to the size of certain straps and slings, they sometimes cannot go in the same box. If you would like to or have already ordered multiple items, please contact us for a combined shipping rate. We will always work with you to come up with the lowest shipping rate possible. But we also thank you for your understanding for certain limited cases that items cannot be combined.

About Payment
We currently only accept Paypal as method of payment.
Payments are expected within 3 days after you have own the item.
Please contact us if you have difficulty completing the payment within 3 days.
Any unpaid auction items will be returned to stock after 10 days from the end of auction.
About our return and exchange policy
We accept returns and exchanges within 5 days after USPS indicates the item has been delivered.
All return or exchange items must be in the original received condition with no physical damages to the products.
If you need to return or exchange due to quality problems on our products, we will pay for YOUR shipping so that there is no additional costs to you.
If you would like to return or exchange due to all other reasons, buyer pays for the additional inbound and outbound shipping incurred.
