proximity of your location to ours, the method of delivery and day of
the week being purchased. It DOES NOT account for
rural routes, holidays, weather, or any other outside factors that are
beyond our control. Further, we DO NOT consider this a reliable source
of delivery information as only the carrier themselves can provide an
estimated date of delivery.
- Items will be shipped by the
stated shipping method via USPS.
- We
are NOT responsible for the updating of a carrier's tracking information
system. If no tracking is noted after the package is scheduled to leave
our office! DO NOT CONTACT OUR OFFICE ABOUT IT!! The carrier WILL have
the information that may not be posting to their website. Contact the
carrier and provide them with the tracking number. They will be better
served to help you.
- Insurance: Is included in the handling
fee!
- We are NOT responsible for what
a carrier does with a package after it leaves our care, custody and
control. This includes but not limited to loss, damage, delays,
rerouting.

they will return it back to our office to be relabeled for the date it

- TRACKING: TRACKING IS NOT REAL TIME
FOR USPS!!!!! TYPICALLY IT TAKES 24 to 48 HOURS FOR THE USPS SYSTEM TO
DISPLAY ANY INFORMATION.
