On purchase, please state the year and model of the bike so as the correct unit can be sent. Importantly, please also state whether your OEM unit has 8, 10 or 11 wires coming from it. For example unit is a 1985 XT550 with 11 wires.

- When purchasing the Hyperpak that you clearly state the year and model of your bike so that we ensure the correct Hyperpak is dispatched to you. Check your original CDI, some models have 8, 10 or 11 wires coming from the CDI, we need to know this information.
- please note that some of the later model Yamaha bikes were supplied with a TCI (a Transistorized Controlled Ignition) unit. These Hyperpak CDI’s cannot be used in place of a TCI unit. The TCI is NOT compatible to this Hyperpak. For verification of which system you have, please go to our web page.
- The 11 wire version requires a small modification to the wiring loom. This modification can easily be performed by any home handyman and full instructions are provided.

- All purchases are to be settled within 3 days of purchase, or we reserve right to cancel order and re-sell.
- We are not responsible for any customs fee, VAT or other taxes incurred.

- All outside of the USA shipping = please email us for exact costing.
- Items are dispatched on a Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
- Shipping is via the NZ Postal Service and is shipped between 2-3 working days after full payment has been received. Shipping will take between 10-12 days for delivery. The cost for this method of shipping (Economy Shipping) is a flat rate of US$16.00 to the USA NO TRACK AND TRACE available on this method. Items are sent via letter airmail under 500g status.
- Optional shipping is via International Courier, a flat rate of US$35.0 to the USA and FULLTRACK AND TRACE is available using this method. Delivery is expected between 5-6 working days.
| Returns Policy | - We are responsible for item damage prior to receipt of your item. Please contact us within 30 days and send a photo of the damaged item for our insurance purposes.
- We need to receive and inspect the item before a refund or exchange can be authorized. The return shipping fee will be paid for by the Buyer. We do not refund shipping charges.
| Warranty |
- All units are covered by a 12 month no quibble, return to base warranty.
- Please contact us via email before returning the faulty unit. In many cases, suspected faults are not within the Hyperpak, but due to issues with other parts of your electrical system (wiring, stator etc). Contacting us before returning your suspected faulty unit will save you time and money, and get you back out on the trail faster.
