The headliner will be made fresh same day/next day and shipped Fedex ground immediately from our factory in Broadway, VA, USA. to prevent wrinkling in custom 18 inch box by an experienced FORD specialist.   These are made exactly to OEM specs. from Ford Engineering Patterns on a smooth table to prevent snagging fabric.  The headliner is sewn with proper listing seams ready for you bows to go through the loops.  You can also get free extra material to recover your visors, if you request at same time you message color choice.  Hardware is not included.
