Auction Sales Policy:

Your bid is a contract - Place a bid only if you're serious about buying the item.  If you are the winning bidder, you will enter into a legally binding contract to purchase the item.  If the seller is unable to establish contact with the winning bidder within 3 days of the end of the auction or if payment is not received within 5 days, item may be offered to the next highest bidder or relisted at the sellers sole discretion.

Wheel Balancing:

WHEEL AND TIRE PROZ is not responsible for wheels that are out of balance due to shipping and handling. Customers are responsible to take up any claims with the shipping company within 24 hours. Customers are responsible for all costs of rebalancing the wheels.

Shipping Details:

All shipping originates from 98032 zip code.  Shipment will be either UPS, FedX, USPS or RoadRunner.  Some larger items will ship via UPS Ground service.  Orders are generally shipped on the day after full payment.

Free Shipping applies to all US states ONLY, except Alaska and Hawaii.

Returns:

ALL SALES ARE FINAL BUT In the unlikely event that a return is requested, all returns must include all original items undamaged, in re-sell-able UNMOUNTED condition, all original packaging including lugs, locks, manuals, warranty forms, etc.  Shipping and handling fees are not refundable.  Buyer is responsible for shipping costs incurred shipping products back. THERE WILL BE A 25% RESTOCKING FEE FOR ALL RETURNED ITEMS.

*All warranties offered on rims are a manufacturer’s warranty and are not offered by WHEEL AND TIRE PROS All warranty issue's must have a RMA #. The customer is responsible for all shipping cost back and forth on all warranty issue items. All warranty exchanges are the sole discretion of the manufacturer. WHEEL AND TIRE PROS is not responsible for any warranty exchanges or decision made by the manufacturer.
