We use United States Postal Service and UPS as primary shipping carriers. Bax Global is also an option for International customers. Fed Ex is not currently an option. We only charge actual shipping charges with a flat $5.00 handling fee.
International customers please note that customs/value figures will not be fudged under any circumstances!
All returned goods will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. All items must be returned in resalable condition (Original box unopened and original packaging, no tape or fingerprints. Returned item will be inspected for cleanliness, damage and completeness). Any item that does not meet these criteria will not be accepted and will be returned. NO EXCEPTIONS! Customer will pay actual shipping costs on exchanged items. Tools, used parts and special order items are Non-Returnable.
