Functionality/Degree of Testing: We do not have the necessary resources to properly test this unit. Diagnostic tablet and power cable are not included.

Domestic & International Shipping
Standard shipping methods are chosen at our discretion, either by USPS First-Class, USPS Priority, or UPS Ground. Our standard shipping price listed is only good for the lower 48 states. Alaska, Hawaii, other U.S. Territories, and International will need to use the integrated shipping calculator under our "Shipping Information" section. All International Shipments do not offer confirmation or insurance. Please allow one business day after payment is received for items to ship from CA. All International customers are responsible for their country's duties & taxes. Please check with your country's requirements before purchasing. Tracking numbers are emailed automatically at the end of the business day, once your shipment has left our facility. UPS overnight is only available until 2pm PST in order for us to ship on the same day. Please call to verify we've received your overnight request. Same day shipping overnight is not available during holidays or weekends. If you are sending to a PO Box, your purchase must be shipped via USPS, either First Class, Priority, or Parcel Post, without exception.

We currently do not offer Combined Shipping, but we are working to remedy this for future purchases. Due to our vast inventory and the variation in sizes, this has been a definite challenge for us. Feel free to request combined shipping and we'll do what we can to accommodate you, but please consider the size of your item before contacting us.

FREIGHT
For large and sensitive items traveling domestically, please contact us for a shipping quote, preferably before purchasing as it may affect your decision to purchase.
You will be invoiced separately for all shipping and handling charges. Our handling fee covers preparation for carrier pick-up, a requirement for all carriers. International customers must arrange for their own carrier pick-up, without exception. Please contact us if you should have any questions.

Damaged Shipments
If your item arrives damaged by the shipping carrier, please take clear images before & after opening your package to document the extent of the damage. The claim will require pictures of different angles of the box/crate before opening, and the damaged product(s) after opening. Email us immediately with your order number, found on the top of your invoice, along with the images and we'll begin the claim process.

Will-Call
Will-call is available for those arranging their own freight carriers and local pick-ups. Since we're predominantly an online store, there will be a nominal handling fee for all will-calls. Please contact us for the exact amount.

Special Handling with Foam
For High Value items requiring special packaging, we will gently foam the item in place within its box. The foam is easily removed if you lift up on the plastic sheeting that separates the foam from your item. If however you accidentally peel the top plastic off, exposing the foam, just look for the next layer of plastic to lift the foam out cleanly.

We accept Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. Cash is only accepted for will-calls. All Checks require 10 days to clear before your item may be picked up or shipped out. International credit card payments are currently unavailable.
