- Two-Day/Expedited and Overnight shipping are not available.
- Shipping is not available to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, APO, FPO or PO Boxes.
- International Shipping is not available.
- Pick up at our Stafford facility is available. Please message us before your purchase to arrange pick up, our shipping turnaround is usually very fast!
- Items will be shipped within 1-2 business days of purchase.
- Please allow 5-10 business days for delivery. Most areas in the US are within 5 business days.
- All items are insured during shipping for a value equal to the purchase price.
- If a box appears to have been damaged during shipping, please stop and take photos of the packaging before and after opening the box, and photos of the item before removing it from the box. These photos are required for the UPS claim. Please message us about shipping damage within one business day of receiving the package so that we can establish a claim with UPS.
- We will send you a shipping label offer you a refund or replacement (if we have another available). The package will need to be re-packed at a UPS store location.
- SRS equipment can be returned unused within 30 days, but you will need to have it repacked if the package has been opened (see "Please note" below).
- The 30-day return period starts when the package is received by the customer.

- Please note that SRS (Supplemental Restraint System) equipment such as airbags and SRS-equipped seatbelts require special package markings and they must be shipped in special boxes and must be packed by certified personnel. The box we ship it in cannot be re-used. If the original package has been opened and you need to return an airbag or seatbelt, you must take it to a UPS store location and pay to have it packed,the package must contain the words "Recycled" and "Contains Class 9 (UN3268)" on the outside of the package. Remember that we are happy to help you with any information we can provide before your purchase, don't hesitate to ask!
