Warranty Policy

Eluka Inc warrants all merchandise to be free from defects for a period of 12 months/ 12,000 miles (whichever occurs first), or expressed manufacturers warranty, whichever is greater. Eluka Inc will not guarantee parts which became defective due to improper installation or if they are used in any other manner not intended by the manufacturer. The warranty period begins from the date the product is purchased by the customer. Eluka Inc does not cover labor costs for removal or damage resulting from delay or loss of use in service or repair for incidental or consequential damages arising from defective product.

Return Policy

If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase from Eluka Inc, we will be more than happy to exchange your product. Refunds and exchanges are issued during the 30 days following the date of shipment. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Buyer pays return shipping cost
