I wear a size 38 suit jacket, or Small or even a smaller Medium, and this fits well.  Perfect for someone that wears an XS, even though it is XXS.  It also has a liner that is removable in warmer weather.  

I paid $450 + for this awesome jacket, and you can have it for much less.
