Shipping
We ship via USPS and UPS. The form of shipment depends on the weight of the item. We ship out all purchases within 24 hours of transaction being completed. You have the option to upgrade the shipping method if you choose.
FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: IF YOU PAY FOR FIRST CLASS SHIPPING IT CAN TAKE UP TO 60 BUSINESS DAYS FOR THE ITEM TO BE DELIVERED, MAYBE LONGER, ESPECIALLY TO RUSSIA. THERE IS NO TRACKING FOR FIRST CLASS INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS, THERE IS ONLY A CUSTOMS NUMBER THAT TELLS WHEN THE ITEM LEAVES THE UNITED STATES.

We do not refund any shipping that we have paid, even if the item has "free shipping" there is still shipping paid that we can not get back. We will take care of any problems(including shipping) that we may cause. If you decide you no longer want the item we will refund unopened products minus the actual shipping cost; opened products will be refunded at 80%, we will have to ship the item back to the manufacturer and have already shipped it to you.
