These items are new , never used and typically come from stock which has sat on the shelf, or been out to a job site and brought back. The packaging may be scratched , faded etc. or fitting such as copper and brass may have oxidized slightly but be assured that they are NEW , NEVER USED and are a great bargain


Payment

Payment must be made (or arrangements made) within 2 days of end of auction.

Paypal is the only way we accept payment.

Credit card payments welcome only via Paypal, we have no other way of accepting credit card payment!



Shipping

After payment has been received high bidders can expect their items to be shipped, typically the next business day but within 3 days Monday to Friday.

To our buyers from the U.S. , purchase with confidence, over 80 percent of our sales has been to you without any problems. Please note that shipments must pass through Customs and this will typically add a couple of days to the actual transit time. Once it leaves our hands, we have little control of it.

A tracking number ( if possible) will be supplied to you. Some forms of shipping do not have tracking numbers. 

If you need special handling, overnight shipment, etc., ask before bidding!

Customs Duties and Taxes , if any, are the responsabilty of the buyer.

Sorry, no C. O. D. or escrow.

I do not make money off of the shipping. The cost represents the weight ,size of the package and the destination.

I ship only to Canada and the USA.

Return Policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with your item, please contact us and offer us the opportunity to correct the situation.

If you believe that the item you purchased from us does not match the item description, or if your item was damaged during transit, please contact us to discuss return and refund options.  In order to initiate the refund process, buyer must contact us within 14 days of receipt of item.  All returns will require a return authorization. Please note that we will always pay return shipping when a buyer wishes to return an item due to our error.

We will not in any way negotiate a partial refund on the selling price.

If you wish to return an item for any other reason than a discrepancy in item description or damage during transit, we will accept a return on MOST items, provided that the item is returned to us in the same condition as it was sent to the buyer. This applies to both the item and any retail packaging. Buyer will be responsible for return shipping charges, and will be required to complete a Mutual Agreement to Cancel the Transaction through eBay. Seller will initiate this transaction and refund the buyer once buyer has returned the item AND agreed to the mutual cancellation.

We reserve the right to refuse returns on any item marked AS IS for any reason other than a grievous error in the listing. Please bid accordingly on all items listed AS IS.
