We understand
that from time to time the need to return and/or exchange an item may occur;
the following policy is in place to provide consumers with that option, it also
protect us against frivolous claims. No
exchanges or returns will be accepted in violation of this policy or without a
RMA code, which you should contact us to receive. We have no obligation to return any items
shipped to us that do not conform with the terms of our return policy. Please call us at (562)941-8808 for any

Exchanges for defective items or items damaged in
shipment:
We will exchange at no cost to you any defective item during the warranty
period or products damaged in shipping if and only if we are notified within 24
hours of delivery.
Voluntary Exchanges and Returns:
Except for defective products or products damaged in shipment, all returned or
exchanged items must be in "NEW" condition. New condition means never used, never
installed, in-box condition, with the internal and external packaging of the
brake pad.
We will exchange
an item that is NOT defective or damaged in shipment only if the item is in
“NEW” condition. You will be responsible
for all shipment costs, plus a $5 handling fee if we arrange for the
shipping. If the item exchanged for has
a higher price than the product being exchanged, you must also pay the
difference in price before we ship the item.
If you return an
item that is neither defective nor damaged in shipment, the item must be in
“NEW” condition. The purchase price of
the item will be refunded, less a 25% restocking fee and $6 to cover
shipping. For example: on a voluntary
return of an item that was sold for $24.95, the total amount of refund would be
$12.71 ($24.95 minus (25% of $24.95) minus $6 = $12.71. We will not be responsible for any shipping
charges incurred in returning the items back to us.
