Standard shipping option may refer to either UPS Ground, FedEx Ground, or USPS Priority method. Expedited Shipping may refer to either UPS 2ND Day Air or FedEx 2Day method. One-day Shipping may refers to either UPS Next Day Air Saver or FedEx Standard Overnight method.

    Offered shipping methods strictly account for the number of transit days and do not affect the order processing time.

    Expedited Shipping or One-day Shipping methods are the only options available for shipment to Alaska and Hawaii. We do not offer shipping service to PO Box, APO, and FPO addresses. Non-compliant orders will be cancelled.

    RETURNS POLICY

    For general item return policy, see listing return policy in the "Shipping and payments" tab. We may not accept returns of certain low cost or vendor restricted items. Returned item must remain unopened and the manufacturer's original shrink-wrapping or seals must not been altered. All returns are subject to 15% restocking fee.

    All shipment errors or damaged shipments must be reported within 24 hours of customer receiving the shipment. For items damaged in transit, buyer must follow regular return procedure. Refund for damaged items will be issued only after it is received at our facility. A new separate order must be placed for replacement.
