NOTE: Payment must be received within
seven (3) days of auction close. Unpaid auction wins will be forfeited
after seven (7) days and a Non-Payer report will be filed with eBay to
recover the closing fees of the listing.
After winning an item in an auction or completing a Buy It Now purchase,
you will have two (2) check-out options:
- Pay Now: Click the 'Pay Now' button on the top of
the ad to immediately proceed with the checkout and payment process.
Select 'Pay Now' ONLY after winning an item in auction or completing
a Buy It Now purchase.
- Pay Later: If you do not wish to Pay Now or wish
to combine multiple items for shipping, eBay will send you an
e-mail to your eBay-registered e-mail address within 1 hour of
auction close. The message will contain a link to a PayPal checkout
system, where you will be able to quickly and conveniently pay for
your purchase. If you have not received this email within 24 hours
of auction close, please contact us at

email address associated with this winning bid.
We offer shipping to all 50 states via USPS and First-Class Parcel Mail to
the rest of the world. Shipping costs will be paid by the buyer, and will be
added to the invoice during checkout.
- Please allow up to 3 business days after payment is received for
your order to be processed before shipping. You will be notified of any delays that may occur.
- We ship to Alaska, Hawaii, PO Boxes,
APO/FPO addresses, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, & the rest of the world.
- You can combine shipment for up to a max of 10 items per
order and get $2.00 off shipping for every additional item you purchase. If you
wish to combine shipping, please click "Buy It Now" on all the items you wish to purchase before completing checkout. Once checkout has been completed for
an order, the order is immediately sent to our warehouses for
packing and shipping. The order cannot be combined or modified after
checkout has been completed.
- The tracking number will be automatically emailed to you after the
order has shipped. The shipping method will be determined by the
product purchased and your shipping location. The shipping method
is not selectable by the customer. Please note tracking number is not offered for international shipments.
Sales tax is applied to all orders shipped to Illinois.
Sales tax is calculated only on the extended price (unit price x
quantity) total, excluding shipping and other charges.
Custom Werks will submit feedback on buyers upon successful checkout
completion. In cases where buyers fail to pay for their item, Custom Werks
will initiate eBay's Non Paying Bidder process.
