All items sold (unless otherwise stated) come with a 6 month warranty. You can view our full warranty at http://findusedparts.com/guarantee.php. This warranty applies to all sales made through eBay and has exclusive jurisdiction for any court action or mandatory arbitration in Washington State.
For all damaged, DOA, or incorrect items received it is required you contact us within 7 days of receiving an item. We can get replacements out quickly, and email you return labels to have items shipped back if necessary. Refunds will be given on items with no suitable replacement. For any items ordered incorrectly it is the buyer's responsibility to ship an item back to receive a refund less original shipping costs.
All returns refunded will be less the original shipping cost even in the case where shipping is included in the purchase price. Returns will also be subject to a restocking fee.
There is no labor coverage on items we sell. All costs incurred from installation or removal of any items sold will not be refunded under any circumstances
