AGAIN, THIS ITEM IS HAND-MADE SO NO ITEM CUT/ TRIM THE SAME WAY AND IT IS LIQUIDATION ITEMS SO THERE MIGHT BE SOME SCUFF & SCRATCHES WHICH IS NORMAL AND THE BODY SHOP MUST SANDING AND PRIMER.

·                     Delivery time: We will try our best to ship out within 3-4 days so technically you should get the item between 7-14 business days. (1-3 weeks). You understand and agree that body kits are custom pieces shipping times are estimates, base on past shipping times.  We do not & can not guaranty shipping time due to weather & other condition but we guaranty that we will provide tracking # within reasonable time after payment are made!!!

·                     International orders: Buyers are responsible for all applicable broker’s,taxes and duties fee that may be incurred upon delivery and we can only ship Door to AIRPORT with wire transfer payment Only!!! NO EXCEPTIONS!

Products will be delivering to customer's destination address. Shipping cost includes custom boxes, bubble wrap IF necessary;
etc-etc to protect the merchandise.

Terms & Conditions of Sales

Non Paying Bidders: Will be reported on the 7th day unless we have worked something out on the phone or via email. Local pick-up is OK some fees might apply, please schedule a time. All sales are final unless said otherwise. Buyer understood buying liquidation items meaning not perfect conditions however new and never been install unless said otherwise. All parts sold are unfinished so will require modification to obtain a finished product.

RETURN POLICY: WILL BE SPECIFY ON EACH LISTING!!!

MANY OF OUR LISTING HAS NO RETURN POLICY SO “NO RETURN” EXCEPT WRONG ITEM SHIPPED!!!  OTHERWISE: Returned merchandise must include all original packaging and paperwork, and must be packaged properly so as to avoid shipping damage. Returned merchandise that does not arrive in appropriate condition will not be refunded in full. If an order has been shipped, a 25% re-stocking fee will be assessed on cancellations, and you will be responsible for inbound & outbound shipping costs meaning to get the products back to us in good condition. If we made an error in fulfillment of the order, or if the package was received in damaged condition by the customer.

Wrong items can be exchanged, and you will have to contact us to request a RA number within 7 days. Please insure all merchandise when shipping back. All parts must be prepped and installed by a professional body shop that has experience working with unfinished fiberglass car parts including but not limited to cutting, filling, sanding, and shaving. Extra fees can be incurred for proper fitment by body shop in order to make quality show vehicle. All parts are for off-road and show use only. Removal of the bumper reinforcement bars maybe necessary to mount/hang front and rear bumpers, this is done at the buyer/owners on risk, we do not accept any liability for injuries resulting from customization of buyer/owners car, and this is done at their own risk. You, as the buyer, are responsible for complying with any/all local, state, and federal laws. We are willing to resolve any reasonable issues. We are here to serve you and more than willing to earn your satisfaction.

If there are any visible damages on the outside box, they HAVE to be noted with the driver upon delivery. Please remove parts from the box and wrapping while the driver there and inspect carefully with the driver. We ship all orders in new liquidation/ clearance/ discontinued conditions but never been install or painted condition and we are not responsible for any damage that may occur during shipment. You agree not to refuse shipments for any reason. Refused shipments will be subject to additional shipping charges before replacement items are sent. Buyers do understand that shipping is something that we paid to the freight company using our company discount & cost! As you know that we do not even make any profit on freight charges (see other companies charging start from $170 & up as they are making profit on freight charges!!! WE DONT!!!) We are passes our cost to you!!! For this reason, we are carefully checked individual product before we ship to ensure all products ship is correct!

IN THE EVENT OF DAMAGE ITEM/ FITMENT PROBLEM:

YOU MUST HAVE AND OWN CAMERA TO SHOW PROOF IN ORDER FOR US TO SEE THE DAMAGE/ FITMENT PROBLEM!!!

YOU MUST EMAIL US PICTURES!!! NO EXCEPTIONS!!!

THERE ARE NO EMAILS ANSWERED ON THE WEEKEND OR HOLIDAYS, YOUR EMAIL WILL BE ANSWERED THE FOLLOWING BUSINESS DAY.

Fitment, if there is a fitment issue please contacts us. We will need you to send in pictures of the parts and show us what is wrong with it. Also a copy of the business license from the body shop doing the installation.

·                     We sell only new parts in liquidation/ clearance/ discontinued conditions, which is not painted or primer.
