Rapid OffRoad has a No Hassle Return Policy. Please contact us before returning any product, so we can provide an RGA (returned goods authorization) and insure shipment to the correct warehouse. Returns made without prior contact will result in delayed processing. As soon as you receive your order, please look over the products to insure there are no problems before the installation. If there is a problem, contact our customer service department immediately so we can get it resolved in a timely fashion. Incorrectly ordered or unwanted products are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Before ordering, please check out the fitment table, the pictures provided, the detailed description as well as the part number to be sure you are ordering the correct part for you vehicle. Rapid OffRoad ships all products for free. You will be responsible for return shipping on incorrectly ordered or unwanted products. Defective Merchandise: All of our products are covered by a 1-year limited warranty. If you have/see any issues or receive an item that is defective, please contact our customer service department right away, so we are able to get your products replaced as soon as possible. An RGA number will be provided, so we can insure shipping to the correct warehouse for replacement product. The 1 year warranty will be voided for any abused items. For example: You purchase a shock. You install the shock, then proceed to go flying off of a cliff and bend that shock. Guess what? You own a bent shock, that can now be hung in your shop as wall art. Come on, you know what we are saying. Don't return parts that have been beaten to shreds. Modified Parts will not be accepted in any way, shape or form. The warranty will be voided on parts that have been modified.
