This listing is for a genuine Honda seat for the models listed below.  Unlike most other sellers, we keep this item in stock and ready to ship.  These seats do not come from Honda with the latch assembly.  You will have to use the latch off your old seat or send us a message and we can add it to your total if you are missing it.  If you are considering recovering the stock 400EX seat please consider this.  When you take off the original seat cover there is material built into it that gives it a clean 'sealed' look when the seat is mounted on the quad.  Aftermarket covers do not have this built in material and will leave a gap on the side and towards the front on the seat that does not look very good.  This OEM Honda seat will mount flush.  Save time and expense by replacing your seat or seat cover with this complete seat.
