New Old Stock / NOS partial fiberglass front fender.  I believe this is correct for the left front or driver side of 1973 through 1979 Chevrolet Corvette.  It is an original General Motors part that was apparently sectioned to repair the front portion of a fender.  This would be perfect to repair damage behind the front wheel.  Nice addition to any correct repair.
