NEW OLD STOCK / NOS transmission shifter housing.  I believe this is correct for Chevrolet Corvair...not sure of the years.. 1965 1966.  I also believe that this is for 3 speed but could be used to shorten the throw on 4 speed equipped cars or vans...1961 1962 1963 1967 1968 and 1969.  The condition is excellent...new GM part...out of the original packaging.
