This is a New Old Stock .. NOS Hood Letter O FoMoCo part number C4AB-16606-B.  I believe it is correct for 1964 Ford Galaxie XL LTD 427 7 liter etc.  It is in excellent condition...please see pics.  Nice addition to any correct restoration.
