To return a product to us simply send us an email with the detailed reason for the return and we will send you an RMA number along with our return shipping address. NO returns of any type will be accepted without an RMA. Original
shipping charges are not refunded on returned items. Customers are

returned items. The merchandise must be unused, in original packaging and must be in resalable condition. All returns and exchanges must be accompany by a copy of the sale invoice.
