Shipping Policy
Once payment for an order is received the product will be shipped the same day (during business hours) on items in stock. Same Day shipping does not apply to Saturdays/Sundays/Holidays and is only on orders received until 5:00 PM EST. We use UPS for most of our Continental USA shipments. Tracking numbers will be provided if requested. We will need your shipping address and billing address before any shipment is made. Shipments MUST be inspected at the time of the delivery for damage. If a freight claim is not filed then we cannot do anything. Contact us to do a freight claim immediately if damage is noticed.
Shipping rates cover within the 48 Continental United States.
We will still gladly ship to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico. We do require that you get in touch with us before purchasing, as we need to calculate shipping cost ahead of time. You will be responsible for the full cost of the shipping on all kits and items. We cannot offer free shipping on kits to AK, HI or PR. Any international order must contact us first for a shipping estimate.

We will not send your item as a “GIFT”. It is a federal offense to make false customs declarations. You will be responsible for any V.A.T. or sales taxes from your own country. You will not be charged any USA federal or state taxes.
Returns Policy
All returns must be made within (14) days and must be in original, unused condition. Shipping charges are non-refundable and C.O.D.s are not accepted on returns. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Return payments will be made in the same manner the original payment was made. If the return is based upon a mistake that WE made, we will waive the 20% restocking fee and reimburse ANY shipping expenses acquired.

Tracking numbers will be provided within 24-48 hours of purchase. (If purchased on Saturday or Sunday, please allow until the following business day for tracking information.)
Please note: We cannot ship to a P.O. Box. We need a physical address in order for you to receive your product.
If there is any damage acquired during delivery, please contact us immediately so we can rectify the issue.

Inventory levels in the warehouses can fluctuate due to the industryâs fast sell thru rate. If your specified product is not in stock at time of order we reserve the right to substitute for a different manufacturer with an equal or greater quality. We offer 150% satisfaction guarantee. Returns are honored within (30) days of purchase if items are unopened and unused condition for a refund on the product. Refunds will be made in the same manner that the original payment was made. Shipping charges are non-refudndable. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. If there is an issue with the product and the mistake was ours, we will issue you a full refund on the items purchased AND the shipping charges.
