Who is Partsmix?

Partsmix is dedicated to finding parts, both new and used parts(hence the name "Partsmix") for Mopars at the BEST possible prices.  Not everyone can afford show quality parts.  That's why we offer both budget minded parts and show quality.  Our other division is a full blown restoration shop, doing both show cars and driver quality restorations.  The parts we sell are the parts we have test fit and use in our restoration shop.  Budgets are something everyone has to live with.  And we can help with everything from Show Standard to good used parts.  Thanks for visiting and we hope to see you again.

• We hold our staff to a minimum, so labor costs are minimized. This passes savings on to you
•  We encourage orders to be placed through our website or Ebay. No huge staff needed for phone orders
•  We nogotiate with our suppliers. If we can strike a deal, it is passed on to you!
• Inventory is held to tight standards. No overstocks means lower overhead. Again, good for you!

Our Policies

Return Policy: 

We try to make our return policy simple and easy to understand.  Most new reproduction parts are eligible for a refund or store credit up to 14 days from date of purchase.  All parts must be in the original wrapping, not have been installed, painted or altered in any way.  If a part is defective, contact us prior to returning the product.  Returns that are not defective are subject to a 25% restocking fee.  Special order or custom order items cannot be returned unless found defective.  Claims for damage in shipping must be handled through that shipping company.  Used parts or electrical items are non-refundable.

FAST SHIPPING

Shipping you package in a timely manner is our main objective!  Whenever possible, we will combine shipping to get you the lowest rate possible.  Orders placed after 12PM on Friday's will be processed and shipped the following Monday.  All orders placed on Holidays and weekends will be shipped the next business day following the off days.
