This factory Mitsubishi accessory MP3/Ipod connection kit works on vehicles WITHOUT Navigation. A similar system is available for those vehicles but is different than this one!

This audio connection kit has the following features:

1/8" plug to attach to most audio players including MP3 players and Ipods (It's the headphone plug)
This kit wires directly into your factory wiring harness and includes COMPLETE instructions on how to install it
This kit DOES NOT charge the Ipod/MP3 player, it's for playback only
It DOES NOT allow for control of your Ipod/MP3 player through the factory stereo, it only allows for the playback through the factory speakers and amplifier

It is a genuine Mitsubishi accessory kit though and will install and work great in your Lancer or Outlander!
