You are bidding on a NEW custom set of HEL Performance stainless steel braided Front brake lines. This auction is for 2008 Suzuki GSXR1000 K8 models. You may add the matching REAR or HYDRAULIC CLUTCH line for an additional fee of $49.00 each! This is a TWO FULL LENGTH front brake line kit designed to replace your OEM rubber hoses. It consist of (2) HEL Performance Race Style Full Length 100% Stainless Steel Brake Lines - meaning that both lines attach to the master cylinder lever with a 'double banjo bolt' (included). The lines route from the master cylinder to each individual caliper providing a direct feed of fluid to the calipers simutaniously. This kit eliminates the stock "split line" or "over the fender" set up on most models that often become 'spongy' over time or under extreme braking due to the expansion of the rubber hoses. With this kit, you will notice an increase in performance as you gain more braking power with less effort. THIS IS NOT A DIRECT OEM REPLACEMENT KIT AND WILL NOT REPLACE 'LINKED' or 'ANTI-DIVE' APPLICATIONS! For any kit other than a Full Length Race Style, please contact us for a quote. Stainless steel braided lines will give you a much better feel from the brake system - allowing for more accurate modulation. They will also allow you to use less effort to apply the same braking force. At the track, this will dramatically reduce the chance of fatigue and arm pump as well as the ability to carry your speed deeper into the corners braking later than you might have with rubber hoses. For everyday riding, this will give you more confidence to use the brakes to their full potential when you really need to.

HEL brake lines are manufactured of the highest quality stainless steel fittings permanently swaged onto a hard drawn tensile stainless steel braided Teflon hose and wrapped with a colored pvc cover to protect your bodywork and paint. This eliminates the 'spongy' feeling often found with rubber hoses under extreme braking conditions- when you need the performance the most. The stainless steel exterior provides excellent resistance to both corrosion and abrasion. The swaged fittings give a streamlined finish and a secure connection. Unlike many other steel braided brake lines, HEL lines are DOT, TUV, DEKRA, and ADR approved for all on and off-road applications.

HEL braided brake lines use a Teflon PTFE interior rather than a standard PTFE interior allowing HEL brake lines to be bent 18,000,000 times without rupturing compared to 750,000 times like other competing products - 24 times the strength! HEL braided motorcycle brake lines can also withstand 18,000 psi without failure. Other braided brake lines can only withstand up to 5,000 psi. HEL lines also come with a lifetime warranty registration card.
