Standard Ignition Warranty

3 years/36,000 miles. Ignition Control modules (ICM) and ProSeries wire sets- Five years/50,000 miles. Remanufactured electronic products and engine control modules - 12 month/unlimited miles. Return & rebuild parts have same warranty as new parts. Premium wire sets - Limited lifetime. T-Series parts - 12 months.

Please note:

  • The warranty excludes normal wear and tear.
  • No cash refunds.
  • No reimbursement of labor costs, shipping costs, or other expenses.

Depending on the item you purchased, you may be eligible for an extended warranty (e.g., converters 5 yrs/50k). Please also refer to the manufacturer information that was included with your item for additional information.

* If your part fails we will issue you an RMA number to return the product. The particular manufacturers’ rules and regulations determine the eligibility of a faulty part or improperly installed part for return. We process the return for you by accepting the part and then forward the part directly to the manufacturer for final approval. Installation of auto parts should be handled by a Certified Automotive Technician, and you should maintain a copy of the repair order after the repair is completed for your records (especially with items such as ECM's, A/C Compressors, Receiver Dryers, etc. where misdiagnosis and/or installation can easily damage a part). Remember: Having a certified technician install a part does not necessarily mean it was properly installed, but it will eliminate more of the common errors. In order to process the return, we may, on occasion, ask you to send us the original repair order and other documentation regarding the repair.

Domestic (US) Shipping

Shipping charges will automatically show up in the checkout process. We calculate your different shipping options using published FedEx, UPS, and U.S. Postal Service rates. When you add a part to your Shopping Cart, change a quantity or change your address, the Cart automatically recalculates shipping charges based on the weight and size of your order and your postal (zip) code.

As you're building your order, you'll always know the full delivered cost before you enter your credit card number or any other personal information. If you believe the shipping cost on your order is not being calculated correctly, please let us know before you submit the order.

Please allow 24 hours for your order to process. While orders placed before 1pm Eastern Standard Time will generally ship the same day, we cannot guarantee that an order will ship the same day it is placed. Orders do not ship on weekends. Customer is responsible for ensuring that Fedex, UPS, and/or any other carrier used can deliver to the specified shipping address.

IMPORTANT: Only USPS will deliver to a PO box.

International Shipping

Please be aware that all international orders, no matter which shipping option is used, may be subject to additional duties, import taxes, or brokerage or customs fees upon delivery. These fees are calculated by customs officials, and are difficult to estimate prior to shipment. To avoid surprises, please contact your local customs office before placing an order to ask what charges may apply. Please contact us and we will be happy to assist you in gathering information. While we take steps to minimize or eliminate the cost of importing for our customers, we cannot provide inaccurate information to customs officials. Please also be aware that delays in customs are becoming increasingly common. Packages may take longer to get to international destinations, and unfortunately, we cannot control or prevent this delay.

We will ship to APO/FPO addresses & PO boxes if the item does not exceed USPS limits on size and weight (108 inches in combined length and girth or 70 pounds in weight). Shipping costs for APO addresses include postage and insurance.

In some cases, extra charges may apply. For example, in the case where an order is being shipping internationally and we don’t already have the part in stock, the part would first need to be shipped to us from the manufacturer before we can ship it to you.

Our No-Hassle Returns Policy

If you’re not happy, we’re not happy! If you're not completely pleased with your order, we will do whatever we can to make it better. Your satisfaction is our #1 focus.

Here are the rules:

  • All returns packages must be received within 60 days of the date your order shipped from us.
  • Parts must be returned in their complete and original condition and packaging.
  • Returns are processed within 14 days of package receipt.
  • Refunds can only be issued to your original payment method.
  • Shipping is non-refundable, except in cases where we have made a shipping error.
  • Refunds will only be issued on the part itself minus any discounts and/or restocking fees.

The following items are non-refundable:

  • Returns received after 60 days of the original order shipment date.
  • Returns received in damaged condition.
  • Returns received without the original packaging.
  • Any items marked "No Return" on our website are not returnable.

We will email you when we process your return.

Please note: Once we apply your credit card refund, it may take approximately 3-5 business days for it to appear on your statement. Unfortunately, we cannot control or prevent this type of delay.

How to Make a Return

Making returns is a snap! Have you read our No-Hassle Returns Policy above? Good! If your items are eligible for return, please follow these instructions to send the parts back to us:

On the outside of your package please clearly mark your Full Name & Order Number (without these items we cannot guarantee credit).

Core Credits

You’ll notice while you shop on our site that some parts show a dollar value as the credit for the Core. The Core is your old part, the one you are replacing. Sometimes this old part can be re-made into a new part and manufacturers offer a credit to you for sending in your old part—much the same way you receive a credit for sending in your old cell phone after you get a new one.

When you select a part to purchase, it will show you the value of the credit for the Core (if applicable). Please note that every part has a different Core price and not all parts have Cores.

IMPORTANT: You will need to pay to ship the Core to us. Before sending back a Core, you'll need to decide if the Core deposit is worth the shipping cost.

How to send us your Core:

  • Cores must be returned within six months of the date your order was placed.
  • Complete engine and transmission Cores must be returned within 60 days from the date your order is delivered.
  • Your existing Core will not be in top condition, but please make sure it’s not smashed or broken, rusted solid, or otherwise unusable.
  • Shipping charges on Cores are non-refundable.

To ship the Core to us, please follow these steps:

1. All fluids must be drained from the Core.
2. Cores must be returned in the packaging that we used to ship the order to you.
3. On the outside of your package please clearly mark your Full Name & Order Number (please not without these items we cannot guarantee credit).
4. Please ship the Core with a traceable carrier (FedEx, UPS, or similar) to:

Once we receive your Core:

  • You will receive an email the day your Core is processed.
  • Please allow a minimum of two weeks to receive full credit on your Core. We receive a large quantity of core returns and we must verify each part is in acceptable condition.
  • All Core credits are applied in the same manner you paid for your order. Please note: Once we apply your credit card refund, it may take approximately 3-5 business days for it to appear on your statement.
