Genuinely faulty goods will be replaced (when a replacement item is available) or money refunded, however we must be advised of any faulty goods upon receipt of the item. 

It is the customers responsibility to pay for and ship the item back to us. 

If the item is found to be faulty, or we have made a mistake in the listing of the item, we will also refund the return postage cost.

Refund will be issued to the original payment method after our receipt of the returned item. 

Items must be returned in the same condition as shipped.
