The first picture shows the old 8 strand tower in the jar which is not used in this new design cell so you can see the difference in the amount of wire used . I used this picture also to show all the installation parts included in this kit.

Note to potential
buyers: if you are about to make your first purchase
of a HHO generator this kit is an excellent choice. It is inexpensive, it
works, and it will give you the opportunity to find out if using a hydrogen
generator on your engine is something you really want to put the time and
effort in to do. Hydrogen cells require periodic maintenance and must be taken
apart and cleaned every 4000 to 5000 miles driven. Dry cells must be completely
disassembled to properly clean because the metal plates must be separated and
scrubbed to remove the scaling which is a major undertaking, and they are prone
to leak after reassembly. If not cleaned they will gradually stop producing
hydrogen gas. Most times you must purchase new o-rings or gaskets to reassemble
them. These tempered glass jar type HHO cells are easy to disassemble and
clean. You simply unscrew the cap and run tap water over the wire coil while
brushing with a small shop brush or old toothbrush. There is no expense when
cleaning these. Plus the cell will never leak because of it's (tempered glass
jar) design. Don't go out and pay 100.00 to over 500.00 for one of those
expensive dry cell kits just to find out this technology is not what you
expected and you are out hundreds of dollars. If you like what HHO does for you
after installing this kit and using it for a period of time, you can always
upgrade to more expensive, higher output dry cell kits. And this kit can be
easily added to any other kits you may install at a later date so you are out
nothing.
This HIGH OUTPUT CELL has 12 individual strands of wire, 6 strands of 316L Stainless Steel Wire (approx. 864 inches or 72 feet) wrapped 1/8" apart on both the Anode and 6 on the Cathode for maximum Hydrogen Output. I don't use wire cable that is being sold on Ebay which is impossible to throughly clean and has a short life span because the fine wires will begin to break down from corrosion much quicker than this 316L wire which is called for in the Water4Gas book. I don't use steel plates or washers which are hard to take apart and clean which has to be done to maintain peek HHO gas production. Just disconnect the 2 wing nuts, remove the wires and pull the vacuum hose off, unsrew the cap assembly and take it to your kitchen sink and run tap water over it while brushing with an old toothbrush approx. every 4 or 6 months. It will clean up like new. This is much easier and more cost effective than the plate design cells which are notorious for developing leaks, and must be completely disassembled for cleaning and all the gaskets replaced. And good luck getting the polarity correct on all the plates when reassembled.
Hydrogen Generator HHO Browns Gas Cell
This is for 1 complete Cell Kit
This is my newest and best produced hydrogen generator cell design that I have made to date. It replaces the 4 strand model of which hundreds were sold in the last year. The only difference in my own design that is superior to the older model is I use only 316L SS wire and put 6 strands spaced 1/8" apart instead of 4 strands spaced 1/4" apart on each electrode for optimum hydrogen generation. Look at how much more wire is on this design compared to others. See the one picture of this cell hooked to my battery. Notice that the cell is producing hydrogen almost completely to the bottom of the cell. I also offer 2, 3, 4, and 6 cell units as well as add-on cells for those who wish to run more than one cell. Each of these units are the same high quality cell design and are tested and 100% satisfaction guaranteed.
Each of my hydrogen generators are made with precision measurements and the best materials available for the highest quality generator that you're going to find on ebay. Unlike inferior models that you will find I use 6 strands (864") of pure stainless steel 316L wire on both the anode (positive) and cathode (negative) for the best hydrogen production possible. All of these pictures are my own and this is the exact model that you will receive. The one picture is of 8 of the 10 of the second generation cells I have in my Dodge Ram. I plan to upgrade to the new 12 strand design soon as I have been useing these for over two years.
The hydrogen generator creates HHO gas simply by adding distilled water and 1/4 teaspoon of baking soda. The ratio of baking soda to water can be adjusted so a single cell draws no more than 4 amps max. Over that and the cell will run too warm. If you don't have an amp meter to check amp draw it is recommended that you start with 1/4 teaspoon of baking soda per quart of distilled water and add more soda if the cell is located in a location which allows it to get plenty of fresh air and stays just warm to the touch when operating. Also be sure to adjust the bubbler valve so fresh air is circulating through the cell to aid in cooling. This model was designed to make the most hydrogen possible with the least amount of heat. You will not need any additional hardware to install HHO Cell Kit this on your vehicle. It's all included. All you will need to provide is distilled water and baking soda which are available at any grocery store.
I guarantee you can not buy all the parts and tools required to build this generator yourself for no where near this price.
Model Specifications
- Each unit measures 7" tall and 4" wide.
- 1/4 inch elbows to connect to standard 1/4 automotive vacuum hose provided
- 1/4" tee connector to connect the vacuum line into an existing line on your vehicle if needed

- 1 20 amp automotive inline fuse holder with fuse provided

-Precision made 1/4" plexiglass core that is machined notched 1/8" wide every 1/4" so wires are 1/8" apart to prevent wires from shorting. Also slotted to fit snuggly together for long life and dependability.
- Six Strands (864") of pure 316L .035" stainless steel wire on the positive and negative sides of generator which is the absolute best for hydrogen production and corrosion resistance. Either terminal can be used for positve and switched any time to increase life of unit.
-A single unit consumes 3-4 amps which will not harm the alternator in any vehicle when properly installed.
-Bubbler adjuster to adjust air flow through the generator so you can regulate the air flow to push the hydrogen gas to your engine and cool the cell.

I provide easy to understand typed installation instructions with each purchase which has detailed instructions on the best way to install these HHO cells. All you need to start using this cell is a 1/4 teaspoon of baking soda and 30 oz. of distilled water. Both are available at any grocery store. Just run a positve and negative line to the cell from your car's 12 volt system and approx. 4 feet of 1/4" vacuum hose to run from the cell to your car's intake between the air filter and thottle body (or carburetor on older model cars) or tee into an existing 1/4 vacuum line. Note: use at least four feet of vacuum hose (provided) to prevent possibility of flashback to the cell if your engine should ever backfire through the intake manifold. Word of Caution: These cells are made by the Water4Gas design and give you the most HHO gas while useing the least amount of energy from your car's electrical system. Six of these cells wired in series will draw 15 to 18 amps of power from your car's electrical system (no more than your windsheild wiper motor) while producing nearly 3 liters of HHO gas which is 100% safe on the electrical system. AVOID systems which draw more than 25 continuous amps of power because it could shorten the life of your alternator and battery.
