Track Your Package: Tracking information will be Emailed to you, placed in the Ebay transaction page as well as put in your PayPal transaction page when the item is shipped. International orders will have a 1 to 5 business day handling time.

We will normally ship all orders within 1-4 business days once payment has been verified. Pazzo Levers normally ship within 4 business days once colors and lever length are verified and payment has cleared.

Returns: Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs (both ways) on returns plus a restocking fee. If an item shipped for free, a nominal shipping fee (usually $12.99 for domestic) will be required by check or PayPal transfer.
