Vintage Studebaker Wood & Chrome Finish Shift Knob

While this is originally from a Studebaker, the knob has an insert that has 1/2" ID for other shifters

1 7/8" in diameter, 1 3/4" wide

Chrome finish has signs of corrosion, wooden halves are a hard wood, oak?, but could use refinishing as well. Needs a set screw
