The tank is not dented. the bottom of the crate will have to be braced for shipping. It looks like it sat on damp dirt in a barn or garage. This was delivered new to the northern California town of Redding. The Liberty Twin printing is very light but readable. These are very unusual engines and rare to find with the steering bar and crate.
