This is an old military packaged 10" wiper assembly which is hand powered. It is 8" from the pivot shaft to the center of the blade and was packaged in April 1963. This a great unit for boats, Jeeps, Soap Box Derby, Customs, and Rat Rods. Be sure to check my other items daily.
