Typically, we can determine if your unit will be repairable or not
through a phone call.
ISSUES WE CAN FIX: CD player read errors,
disc changer load errors, illumination, and worn buttons.
ISSUES WE CANNOT FIX: power issues, sound ouput, FM/AM reception, water damage

Some units are beyond repair. If this is the case we will call you to discuss a replacement. There is no charge for us to
diagnose your unit. If your unit is non-repairable and you would like it
shipped back to you, we only ask for a payment of $15 to cover the shipping cost back to you.
