V-Twin Replica King Tanks feature an updated design shape that rolls the bottom edge under, to give flowing lines, while still retaining the classic shape. These are replicas of the 1996-up stock versions which are stock on all 1997-up models at 3.2 gallon capacity. King Tank is 20” long 10” wide.

The fuel pump mount screw threads are 10-24 UNC. Order gas cap
separately. Check the tank for flaws and fit before painting. It
requires sanding and primer before painting. Do not grind or sand the
seams or joints. Clean the inside of the tank. It is suggested to
pressure test the tank and use a tank sealer. We suggest using Kreem gas
tank combo kit to clean, condition, and seal to help stop leaks and
prevent corrosion.
WILL COME IN BARE METAL AND WILL REQUIRE SURFACE PREPARATION PRIOR TO PRIMING AND PAINTING. SPORTSTER TANKS LIKE THIS ONE WITH THE LONG MOUNTING TABS WILL NEED TO BE ADJUSTED FOR LEVEL TO SUIT YOUR PARTICULAR BIKE. THE LONG MOUNTING TABS CAN BE BUMPED SLIGHTLY OUT OF POSITION DURING SHIPPING. CHECK AND ADJUST YOUR TANK FOR LEVEL PRIOR TO PAINTING.
