Why did I have not receive your email reply ? We will ONLY answer email during office hours (Mon-Fri 8:00am - 6:00pm PST) except holidays. All emails will be replied in the order it was received the following business day. However, we do receive some customers complaints that they have not received our emails. Mostly because our reply emails get into the SPAM/JUNK mail box. So please check those mail folder also or use the "contact seller" on your auction page to contact us directly.
How do I know if you receive my payment or not and when will be the item shipped after I have paid ? We will send you a email to notify you If your payment is cleared and accepted by us. However, some type of payments may need to be hold or wait to be clear, or even be rejected. We will process your order immediately after your payment is accepted. Usually it take 24 -72 hours for the products to leave our warehouse. Tracking # will be send through email after the product is shipped.

Any installation guide come with the products ? Most of our item does not come with installation guide. Though some products may come with instructions, they only serve as a guide. Professional installation is highly recommended for all products.
What should you do when you receive a damaged item ? Due to the nature of the products we sell, we inspect all packages prior to shipping. All of our products are sold as brand new. All damaged products are considered damaged during transit (even though the outer box is not damaged). Please inspect and hand-fit all items the day item is delivered. Customers MUST contact us within 2 days after the date of package arrived. No claims will be accepted after 7 days.
