This soft cover manual is in good solid, usable condition. The interior is clean, it does have a few notations in pen but you may find these helpful .The cover has some wear and some writing in marker (see pics). All the pages are solidly attached. It is 10-3/4” x 8-1/4” x 1-1/4” thick.
